Essential Classy Tab from Dashboad -> Widgets then enable Scroll Progress Widget
Now Drag and Drop Scroll Progress widget

Layout 1 Position : Top/Bottom

Layout 2 Position : Left/Right

In layout 1, Top/Bottom Position.

And in Styling, You can manage Fill Color, Stroke Color and Size.

In layout 2, Left/Right Position.

And in Styling, You can manage Width & Height, Icon Size, Offset and Stroke Width.

And for Normal and Hover, You can manage Icon,Stroke and Fill Color.
