Essential Classy Tab from Dashboad -> Widgets then enable Marquee Text
Now Drag and Drop Marquee Text widget
Direction : Left to Right / Right to Left
Style Tab
In Style Tab, You can manage Typography of Text.
And for Normal and Hover, You can manage Color, Text Shadow and It’s Stroke.
